Dear Parents,

Once again it is time to collect PTA dues.  Dues are collected once a year and are five dollars ($5.00) per family.  This is a mandatory Diocesan fee, which is sent directly to the Diocese of Camden.

Please complete the portion at the bottom and enclose it along with your payment in an envelope addressed to PTA.  A membership card will be sent home.
